Job Description
Immediate Hiring -MEP BIM Modeler
We are looking for an experienced
MEP BIM Modeler (Electrical and Mechanical)
in Dubai.Requirements:
Experience - 5 years
Preferred GCC experience
Must be available for
Face-to-Face interview only
Work type - 3 months and renewable (Visa will be provided)
Roles and Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain
BIM models
usingRevit MEP
as per project requirements Prepareshop drawings, layouts, and coordination drawings
Performclash detection
and resolve clashes with other disciplines Coordinate witharchitectural, structural, and MEP teams
Ensure models comply withproject specifications and UAE standards
Update BIM models based ondesign changes and site inputs
Support preparation ofas-built drawings
FollowBIM standards, workflows, and naming conventions
Attendcoordination meetings
