Responsibilities:
Create and manage
MEP BIM models
(Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing)
Prepare coordinated drawings, shop drawings, and as-built documentation
Perform clash detection and coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams
Requirements:
Minimum
5 years MEP BIM experience
GCC project experience is mandatory
Proficient in
Revit MEP, Navisworks, AutoCAD
Strong coordination and documentation skills
