Key Responsibilities:
Develop coordinated 3D BIM models for Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems using Revit.
Collaborate with architects, structural engineers, and MEP teams to ensure design coordination.
Prepare shop drawings and clash detection reports.
Follow project-specific BIM Execution Plans and adhere to company CAD/BIM standards.
Support site team with model-based coordination and updates during construction.
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or relevant field.
Minimum 2 years of UAE experience in MEP BIM modeling.
Proficient in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD.
Strong knowledge of MEP systems and BIM standards.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
