Job Title:

MEP BIM Modeler (Contract - 6+ Months, Extendable)

Contract (6 months, with potential extension)

Position Summary:

We are hiring

experienced MEP BIM Modelers

to join our growing team on a

contractual basis (initially 6 months, extendable)

. The ideal candidate should have strong technical skills in developing coordinated 3D MEP models using BIM software and at least

3+ years of experience

in MEP modeling and coordination.

Candidates with

GCC experience

are preferred. However, those with solid, proven experience from their

home country

are also encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and coordinate detailed 3D MEP models using

Autodesk Revit

and

Navisworks

. Prepare accurate shop drawings and layouts for

HVAC, Electrical, and Plumbing

systems. Identify and resolve clashes through coordination meetings and clash detection tools. Collaborate closely with the design, engineering, and site teams to ensure accuracy and constructability. Maintain BIM standards and ensure model integrity throughout all project stages.

Requirements:

Minimum

3 years of experience

as an MEP BIM Modeler. Proficiency in

Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks

. Strong knowledge of MEP systems and coordination workflows.

GCC experience preferred

, but relevant home country experience accepted. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Contract Terms & Benefits:

Contract Duration:

6 months (extendable based on performance and project requirements).

Visa and air ticket

provided for selected candidates joining from abroad.

Salary and visa

provided for candidates currently in the UAE. Competitive compensation based on experience and skill level. Opportunity to work on prestigious MEP projects across the GCC.
