Minimum 5 years in MEP BIM Modeling (AEC Industry)
Qualification:
Degree or Diploma in Engineering
Job Responsibilities:
MEP BIM modeling using Revit & AutoCAD
Prepare LOD 400 & LOD 500 BIM models
LOD 400 to be developed as per consultant design & project requirements
Update BIM models ( LOD 500) based on:
Red-line markups
Site survey reports
Laser scanning / point cloud inputs
Maintain BIM data as per project and client requirements
?MEP Discipline : HVAC, Plumbing, Firefighting and Electrical
Skill Requirements:
Strong knowledge of MEP services and construction practices
Good understanding of BIM standards, coordination & documentation
Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines
?Candidates with COBie experience will be preferred
