Ramboll are looking for a MEP BIM Lead to join our offices located in Dubai, UAE. The successful candidate will provide BIM engineering services on mega projects to Ramboll and its Clients\'

The successful candidate will be focal point for BIM project delivery and to coordinate closely with project team to ensure that projects are set up correctly and delivered efficiently through all design stages. To lead project BIM process and enable quality and timely delivery of models and drawings. For this role, the candidate should have;

• Basic knowledge of discipline specific engineering (HVAC, PHF or Electrical) from modelling perspective, such that minor engineering decisions are taken without involving engineers
• Holistic knowledge of MEP modelling and coordination strategies.

• Project Drawing List (Create & Submissions)
• Revit model setup (Template / Links / Views / Sheets)
• AutoCAD
• Propose project delivery improvements as needed
• ACC (BIM 360) model \'Publish / Share / Consume\' Process
• Project Revit / Navis / BIMCollab Review Meetings
• Police MEP Service Zone / Coordination Strategy
• Other Discipline Model Maintenance (Links etc.)
• Arch model comparison - highlight differences in versions
• Lead project Automation process (supported by Digital Lead)

Support to BIM Technician team

• Project Deliverable Quality
• Revit Family Creation
• Revit Production
• Coordination / Address BIMCollab Comments
• Model Exports (Navis / IFC etc)
• AutoCAD Production
