AECOM\'s Building Services team is expanding and we\'re currently seeking DIgital BIM Lead - MEP to join our teams.

The BIM Lead will be responsible for performing complex modelling/drafting assignments and coordinating BIM Models and 2D drawing production to support the MEP teams.

Responsibilities:

• Able to work without supervision, efficiently schedule and manage time
• Understands the implications of work and makes recommendations for solutions.
• Determines methods and procedures on new assignments.
• May oversee tasks of less experienced drafters/modellers.
• Understands and implements BIM workflows, Coordination, and BIM execution planning and its standards.
• Develops and distributes prints and exports for team coordination & final drawing/ model deliverables.
• Audits and performs QA & QC on discipline models and drawings to assure compliance with BIM standards and requirements.
• Familiar with design attributes related to discipline specific requirements.
• Develop BIM content based on BIM Modelling standards.
• Collaborate and communicate with other disciplines regarding coordination issues and common model development tasks.
• Implement BIM modelling techniques and processes to improve the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the production process.
• Ability to work on multiple projects at once.
• Create and help manage discipline BIM Standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years\' experience with similar BIM role in an architectural or engineering environment.
• Previous Mega scale Projects BIM Coordination / Project Information experience.
• Must be proficient in Revit & Navisworks Manage.
• Dynamo & Automation tools experience is plus.
• Must be proficient in common data environment systems (Like ACC, BIM 360 Docs, or ProjectWise)
• Has an exposure to local industry BIM Initiatives and internationally recognised BIM initiatives, standards, protocols and mandates like BS1192 and ISO19650.
