to support our Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) projects. The ideal candidate will assist with documentation, coordination, and administrative tasks to ensure smooth project execution. This role requires strong communication skills, proficiency in office software, and familiarity with MEP terminology.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and organize MEP project documentation (drawings, reports, permits, and contracts).
Assist in preparing and tracking project schedules, budgets, and progress reports.
Coordinate between engineers, contractors, and clients for smooth workflow.
Handle procurement support, including raising purchase orders and tracking deliveries.
Manage filing systems (digital and physical) for easy retrieval of project data.
Schedule meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
Support compliance with health, safety, and quality standards.
Assist in preparing tender documents and subcontractor agreements.
Process invoices and expenses related to MEP projects.
Requirements:
Experience:
2+ years in admin roles, preferably in
construction, engineering, or MEP
.
Skills:
Proficient in
MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
and document management systems.
Familiarity with MEP terminology and basic construction processes.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Education:
High school diploma (required); associate/bachelor's degree (preferred).
Nice to Have:
Knowledge of AutoCAD, Procore, or other construction software.
