Membership Sales Consultant

Job Description

Reach out to potential clients through outreach, referrals, walk-ins, and promotional events.

Nurture leads and convert them into active members, consistently meeting monthly targets
Conduct tours of the fitness facility, explain amenities and membership benefits, understand prospects' fitness goals, and recommend tailored membership or training plans.
Build and nurture ongoing member relationships to ensure retention, drive renewals, and identify opportunities for upgrades.

Support open houses, social media initiatives, and local promotions to generate awareness and attract new members.
Document client interactions, monitor lead status, report on sales performance, and maintain pipeline data using CRM tools.

Key Responsibilities


Stay informed on fitness trends, competitor offerings, and promotional strategies to continually refine sales approaches and member experiences.

Qualifications & Skills



Prior experience in fitness sales, gym memberships, or customer-centric roles is preferred. Passion for health, wellness, and fitness; ability to speak confidently about gym services. Exceptional interpersonal, listening, and persuasive communication abilities. Comfortable working with CRMs and basic sales software. Strong customer service approach, target-oriented mindset, and flexible availability

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
