As a Membership Sales agent for GYMNATION, you will be accountable for selling gym memberships. You will work hard to generate sales leads and referrals through corporate events and upbeat outreach activities. The Role and Key Duties As a Membership Sales Agent, you will help people to change their lives and sell a fitness product that you truly believe in. Responsibilities: \xc2\xb7 Generating sales leads through referrals, outreach activities and corporate events. \xc2\xb7 Working through your sales process to maximise new member join ups. \xc2\xb7 Achieving daily and monthly sales targets as an individual and as part of a team. \xc2\xb7 Inspiring new and prospective members to join our clubs by completing a needs analysis and getting to know what your customer wants. \xc2\xb7 Proactively managing your sales pipeline to hit your commission targets. \xc2\xb7 Being passionate about fitness and the amazing product you are selling. What we are looking for \xc2\xb7 Individuals with an outgoing and approachable personality. \xc2\xb7 A real passion for fitness and health. \xc2\xb7 Customer service skills and experience. .
