Job Description
We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic
Membership Sales Advisor
to help grow our gym community. In this role, you'll be responsible for converting leads into members, guiding people through membership options, and helping them start their fitness journey with us.Key Responsibilities:
Engage with walk-ins, phone inquiries, and online leads Conduct tours of the gym and explain membership packages Follow up on leads and outreach campaigns to generate new sign-ups Achieve monthly membership sales targets and performance goals Support front desk operations and deliver excellent customer service
What We're Looking For:
Sales or customer service experience (fitness industry is a plus) Confident, outgoing personality with great communication skills Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to hit targets Organized, reliable, and comfortable using basic tech/sales tools Willing to work flexible hours, including evenings/weekend
