Job Description
We are seeking a
motivated and enthusiastic Membership Sales Advisor
to help grow our gym community. In this role, you will be responsible for converting leads into active members, presenting membership options, and ensuring a welcoming experience for prospective clients as they begin their fitness journey with us.Key Responsibilities:
Engage with walk-in visitors, phone inquiries, and online leads in a professional manner Conduct facility tours and clearly explain membership plans and benefits Follow up with prospects through calls, messages, and outreach campaigns to drive conversions Achieve monthly sales targets and individual performance goals Support front desk operations while delivering exceptional customer service
Candidate Requirements:
Previous experience in sales or customer service (experience in the fitness industry is an advantage) Confident, outgoing personality with strong communication and interpersonal skills Target-driven mindset with the ability to meet and exceed sales goals Well-organized, dependable, and comfortable using basic sales and CRM tools Willingness to work flexible schedules, including evenings and weekends
