Job Title: Mediterranean Cuisine Chef

Salary: AED 5,000 per month

We are seeking a talented and experienced Mediterranean Cuisine Chef to join our team. The ideal candidate should have deep knowledge and hands-on experience in preparing a wide range of Mediterranean dishes, including southern Europe, North Africa, and southwest Asia--with a particular emphasis on authentic, wholesome, and health-conscious dishes.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and present authentic Mediterranean dishes with high quality and consistency
Manage kitchen operations, inventory, and hygiene standards
Innovate and contribute to menu development
Train and supervise kitchen staff when required
Relocate to Nairobi, Kenya, and lead kitchen operations at our new branch
Requirements:
Proven experience as a chef specializing in Mediterranean cuisine
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in reputable restaurants or hotels
Excellent culinary skills and food presentation
Willingness to relocate to Nairobi, Kenya
Strong leadership and communication skills
Salary: AED 5,000 per month
Relocation Support: Provided
