Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and creative

Head Chef to lead our Mediterranean

kitchen. The ideal candidate will bring a deep understanding of regional Mediterranean flavors, exceptional culinary skills, and strong leadership to deliver an outstanding dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:



Lead and manage the kitchen team, ensuring high standards of food quality, preparation, and presentation. Design and execute authentic and modern Mediterranean menus using seasonal ingredients. Control kitchen operations, including food cost, portion control, and waste management. Hire, train, and develop kitchen staff in culinary techniques and kitchen protocol. Ensure all kitchen activities comply with health, hygiene, and safety regulations. Work closely with front-of-house teams to ensure customer satisfaction. Stay current on Mediterranean food trends and continuously innovate the menu. Maintain relationships with local and international suppliers to source the best ingredients.

Requirements:



Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a senior chef role with a focus on Mediterranean cuisine. Culinary degree or equivalent professional training. Strong leadership and organizational skills. Ability to work in a high-pressure environment while maintaining standards. Excellent knowledge of food hygiene and kitchen safety regulations.
