Medical Sales Representatives / Healthcare Sales Representatives

who are passionate about making an impact in the healthcare industry. This is a

commission-only role for the first 3 months

. Based on performance, successful candidates will be offered a

fixed salary plus commission

and

formal onboarding

after 3 months.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify, approach, and close sales with healthcare professionals, clinics, hospitals, and pharmacies. Promote healthcare solutions and services with confidence and industry knowledge. Build and maintain strong client relationships. Generate leads through cold calling, referrals, and market research. Meet monthly targets. Provide regular reports on sales activity and market feedback.

Requirements:

Proven experience in medical or healthcare sales (preferred). Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently. Comfortable working on a commission-based model. Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for sales.
