Job Summary



We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Medical Sales Representative with a specialization in proctology to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in medical sales and in-depth knowledge of proctological products and procedures. This role involves promoting and selling our range of proctology-related medical devices and pharmaceuticals to healthcare professionals across the UAE.

Key Responsibilities



Product Promotion & Sales:

Effectively promote and sell proctology-related medical products to healthcare professionals, including proctologists, colorectal surgeons, and hospital procurement departments.

Client Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and identify opportunities to establish new partnerships within the healthcare sector.

Market Analysis:

Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay informed about competitor activities and industry trends.

Educational Support:

Organize and conduct product demonstrations, training sessions, and workshops for healthcare providers to ensure proper product usage and awareness.

Sales Reporting:

Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and prepare regular reports for management review.

Compliance:

Qualifications & Skills



Educational Background:

Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Nursing, or a related field.

Experience:

Minimum of 2 years of medical sales experience, with a focus on proctology or related specialties.

Technical Knowledge:

Strong understanding of proctological conditions, treatments, and medical devices.

Communication Skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly.

Sales Acumen:

Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and effectively manage a sales territory.

Interpersonal Skills:

Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals.

Organizational Skills:

Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.

Language Proficiency:

Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic is an advantage.

Licensing:
