Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and manage government procurement portals (e.g., Tejari-eSupply, MOF, iSupplier).
Handle vendor registrations and tender submissions through platforms like SAP Arabia and other private sector systems.
Identify and research new business opportunities with government and large private sector clients in the UAE.
Ensure timely preparation and submission of tender documentation.
Follow up on submitted tenders with relevant authorities to track status and secure contracts.
Maintain a comprehensive database of current and upcoming tenders.
Collaborate with internal teams on pricing, documentation, and tender-related commercial activities.
Requirements:
1-2 years
of UAE experience in tendering, sales, or commercial operations.
Hands-on experience with tender portals such as
Esupply, Tejari, iSupplier, MOF, SAP Arabia
, etc.
Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in
Microsoft Office
and digital document handling.
Ability to work independently, meet tight deadlines, and manage multiple tasks.
Valid UAE Driving License
(Mandatory).
Preferred Candidates -
Asian
Knowledge about laboratory equipments and PPM.
