We are looking for a

Clinic Sales Consultant

to join our medical and slimming center. The role focuses on handling

walk-in clients inside the clinic

, explaining services and packages, and closing sales to achieve monthly targets.

Key Responsibilities

Handle walk-in clients after registration by reception Understand client needs related to slimming, body contouring, and medical services Present and explain clinic services, packages, and offers clearly Close sales and convert visits into paid packages Follow up with clients after medical consultation when needed Upsell and cross-sell suitable services Achieve monthly sales targets Maintain basic sales records and reports

Work Setup

On-site position inside the clinic Dedicated sales desk near reception No outdoor sales Not responsible for reception duties

Requirements

Previous experience in sales (medical, beauty, or slimming centers preferred) Strong communication and persuasion skills Professional appearance and attitude Target-driven mindset Ability to work face-to-face with clients

Salary & Benefits

Basic Salary:

3,000 - 5,000 AED

Commission:

3% - 5% of achieved sales Commission increases after exceeding target Performance-based bonuses

Working Hours

Full-time 6 working days per week
