Coordinate with medical staff to manage doctors' and specialists' calendars.
Patient Registration
Collect and update patient information, including demographics, medical history, and insurance details.
Verify insurance eligibility and obtain necessary pre-authorizations.
Communication Handling
Answer incoming calls, respond to emails, and manage inquiries with professionalism.
Relay accurate messages to medical staff and follow up with patients as required.
Billing and Payments
Process patient payments, generate invoices, and issue receipts.
Assist patients with insurance claims and payment-related questions.
Medical Record Management
Maintain accurate and organized patient records, both digital and hard copy.
Ensure confidentiality and compliance with data protection and privacy regulations.
Administrative Support
Prepare and manage forms, reports, and correspondence.
Assist with ordering office supplies and maintaining inventory levels.
Facility Coordination
Ensure the waiting area is clean, organized, and welcoming.
Report maintenance or safety concerns to the appropriate department.
Compliance and Policies
Adhere to clinic policies, procedures, and healthcare regulations.
Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and quality improvement initiatives.
