Job Summary:

The Medical Representative is responsible for promoting and selling pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals and Health care institutions, including doctors, pharmacists, and hospital staff. The role involves building strong relationships with clients, achieving sales targets, and providing product knowledge to support prescribing decisions.

Requirements:

Medical background : Science, Pharmacy or Medical graduate. 2+ years of medical Sales experience with a sound knowledge of account management. Proven track record in medical sales Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently. Valid UAE driving license
Key Responsibilities:

Promote and sell the company's products to healthcare professionals in a designated territory. Schedule and conduct visits to hospitals, clinics, and pharmacies. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the healthcare sector. Provide accurate product information and handle any queries in a professional manner. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Monitor competitor activity and market trends and share insights with the management team. Maintain up-to-date records of all sales and customer interactions. Participate in company meetings, training sessions, and workshops.
