3+ years of experience in medical device sales, specifically within trauma, orthopedic, or a related clinical field.
Education :
A Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field such as Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, or Business is
preferred.
Key Skills:
Strong knowledge of anatomy, medical terminology, surgical procedures, and OR environment.
Proven ability to meet/exceed targets, with negotiation, presentation, and business acumen
Key Requirements:
Drive sales of orthopedic implants and surgical instruments, achieving targets and expanding business within assigned territory.
Provide expert in-theater support to surgeons during trauma surgeries, ensuring correct implant use and instrument handling.
Build and maintain strong relationships with orthopedic surgeons, physicians, theatre managers, and procurement teams.
Conduct training sessions, product demonstrations, and educational programs for hospital staff and distributors.
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and pricing strategies to inform sales approaches.
Manage product inventory, demo stock, orders, and CRM records.
Maintain on-call availability for emergency cases, demonstrating flexibility and resilience.
Ensure all activities comply with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards.
