Roles and Responsibilities: Identifying and meeting customers (HCPs) Reviewing sales performance and developing Marketing plans to achieve objectives. Monitoring and analyzing data and market dynamics to identify competitive advantage. Key accounts and Stakeholders Mapping. Developing regular interactions. Providing market feedback to the company. Managing properly company's resources and insure working within the SOPs and compliance framework

Skills and Qualifications : Bachelor Degree in Pharmacy. Bahrain Experience is a must. Experinece in Diabetes and CVS therapeutic area is a must. Has the understanding of healthcare systems and patient flow in relevant market. Excellent planning and time management skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Strong analytical skills. Strong Presentation Skills. Strong business acumen. Minimum 3 years Experience in the same position. MOH Experience is preferred.
