WMS company in Dubai, currently hiring candidates for a Medical Representative vacancy. :

• Promote the company's products & increase product awareness to healthcare staff including physicians, and pharmacists.
• Identify and establish new business opportunities.

• Prepare and appropriately manage assigned territory and key customers
• Distribute knowledge using guidelines through product samples, marketing literature, clinical trials related to products to help physicians and other healthcare professionals take the best decisions.
• Follow up of stock, consumption and ordering process in assigned accounts.
• Providing feedback to sales management on customer requests, responses to promotions and product access.
• Involved in the initial preparation of the marketing campaign through giving a feedback to the marketing team on what's the real market, customers' needs.
• Update customers list according to the targeting process by understanding customer's segmentation and customer insights.
• Execute the activities (Group meetings, conferences, workshops) done by the marketing department to engage your customers.
• Daily, Weekly & Monthly report for sales, activities, market feedback, threats and opportunities.
• Achieve the company goals and target.

Job Requirements:

• 1-4 years of experience in the UAE Market.
• UAE driving license is a must.
• Bachelor's degree in Pharmaceutical, Science, Veterinary Medicines or related sciences.
• Experience in the relevant sector is preferred (Anti-infective, Infant nutrition, Gynecology)
• English and Arabic language, both written and spoken.
• Computer skills and using Microsoft Office especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Communication skills.
• Selling skills.
• Negotiation skills.
• Interpersonal and team building skills.
