Medical Records Officer



Are you detail-oriented and passionate about healthcare documentation? Join our team as a

Medical Records Officer

and play a key role in maintaining accurate, secure, and efficient patient records.

Location:

Republic of Nauru

Key Responsibilities:



Maintain, organize, and safeguard patient medical records. Ensure records are complete, accurate, and filed in a timely manner. Retrieve and deliver records to authorized medical personnel. Comply with confidentiality laws and data protection regulations. Assist in digitizing and updating health information systems.

Minimum Qualifications:



Diploma or degree in Health Information Management, Medical Records, or related field. At least

1-2 years of relevant experience

in a hospital or clinic setting. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Familiarity with medical terminology and electronic records systems (EMR/EHR). Knowledge of healthcare privacy standards and documentation practices.
