IIQAF is seeking a dedicated Medical Records Officer to join our team in Dubai. Responsibilities:
Maintain and update patient medical records accurately
Ensure compliance with health care regulations and standards
Assist healthcare providers in retrieving patient information
Manage the filing and organization of medical documents
Handle requests for patient records in a timely manner
Support the implementation of electronic health record systems
Conduct regular audits of medical records for accuracy
Provide excellent customer service to patients and healthcare staff
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in health information management is a plus
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Basic understanding of medical terminology
Proficient in using computer systems and software applications
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Familiarity with health care regulations and patient confidentiality
