Role Overview:

IIQAF is seeking a dedicated Medical Records Officer to join our team in Dubai. This full-time, on-site position offers a fantastic opportunity for individuals looking to start their career in the Hospital and Health Care industry. As a Medical Records Officer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of patient records, which is essential for providing high-quality health care services.


In this entry-level role, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining patient medical records, ensuring compliance with health regulations, and supporting healthcare providers in accessing necessary information. This position is ideal for those who are organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about contributing to the healthcare sector. We offer a competitive salary range of AED 6,500 - AED 7,500 monthly, along with a supportive work environment conducive to professional growth.

Responsibilities:

Maintain and update patient medical records accurately Ensure compliance with health care regulations and standards Assist healthcare providers in retrieving patient information Manage the filing and organization of medical documents Handle requests for patient records in a timely manner Support the implementation of electronic health record systems Conduct regular audits of medical records for accuracy Provide excellent customer service to patients and healthcare staff

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in health information management is a plus Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Basic understanding of medical terminology Proficient in using computer systems and software applications Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Familiarity with health care regulations and patient confidentiality Willingness to learn and grow within the organization
