Key Responsibilities:
Perform routine and specialized laboratory tests (hematology, biochemistry, microbiology, etc.)
Ensure proper specimen collection, labeling, and processing
Operate and maintain laboratory equipment according to protocols
Maintain accurate records and report critical results promptly
Adhere to quality control procedures and infection prevention standards
Support surveillance and outbreak response activities as needed
Qualifications:
Diploma or degree in Medical Laboratory Technology or Biomedical Science
Valid professional license
Minimum 2 years of clinical laboratory experience
Competence in manual and automated lab procedures
Strong attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols
Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural team
