We are currently seeking a highly experienced Medical Receptionist to join our reputable Medical/Dental Polyclinic in Al Ain. The ideal candidate with a strong background in the medical/dental field, with a proven ability to manage front desk operations efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
. Greeting patients and visitors professionally and courtesy.
. Schedule and manage the patient appointments and follow-up visits.
. Answer and direct incoming calls in a polite and timely manner.
. Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality.
. Update insurance information in the clinic's system.
. Verify insurance eligibility using the OpenJet Portal, especially for Daman and Thiqa health insurance providers.
. Assist patients with understanding their insurance coverage, co-pays/patient share.
skills & Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a healthcare setting.
Languages: Fluent in English and Arabic
Good computer knowledge
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED1.00 - AED2.00 per month
