Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist patients with professionalism and warmth.
Manage appointments, calls, and front-desk operations.
Coordinate with doctors and departments to ensure smooth clinic flow.
Handle billing, insurance coordination, and patient records.
Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
Accurately code and process insurance claims as per DHA/MOH standards.
Manage claim submission, resubmission, and reconciliation.
Collaborate with doctors and insurance coordinators for accurate documentation.
Support clinic marketing and sales initiatives -- patient follow-up, lead conversion, and service promotion.
Achieve monthly sales and performance targets.
