To enhance teamwork, support, and communication with the Regional EMEA Medical Affairs (MA)/ Market access and supply chain Team. . To build up or enhance a trusted collaboration with the external scientific community in order to facilitate continuous communication and transfer of knowledge between the company, leaders with vision and a wider group of Stakeholders, healthcare professionals and other... influential customers in GCC. . To support the implementation of activities as outlined in the Medical Affairs Product Plan in GCC in close cooperation with local operating company functions Medical Affairs Program Lead, Scientific Knowledge Management [SKM], Regulatory Affairs, legal, quality, and compliance Supply chain. Build up theend-to-end patient model in current and future settings and to own the implementation of Medical Affairs, Market Access, and Supply Chain activities. . To Provide insights for the Integrated Core Value Team (CVT), taking into account both the weighted needs of GCC and feedback from the external scientific communities/leaders with vision. . To support, as a core member of the MA and the functional network, effective communication between the key internal regional and local groups. And to act as a local medical and technical expertise. . You will be acting as the regional MA expert for TA and represent the Medical Affairs voice while keeping up to date in products, market trends, and competitor activities and building up/maintaining network with external partners. (50% field-based) . this position will have a pro-active role in the MA Product Team : Medical Programme Lead (MPL), SKM (Scientific Knowledge Management) and the Medical Affairs functional network) to provide input into and support the implementation of the MA Strategy and Plan Qualifications Essential knowledge & skills: . Scientific degree: Medical Doctor, Pharmaceutical university degree . Deep knowledge of the therapeutic area, strength in research and interpretation of medical data. You will have relevant work experience, scientific foresight and interpersonal skills be accepted by Leading Specialists in a peer-to-peer relationship . Highly client-focused with an awareness of the importance of business results you will be innovative with the ability to coordinate and drive a complex and changing environment .
