Key Responsibilities:
Handle individual medical insurance policies and client inquiries
Coordinate with insurance providers for quotes, renewals, and claims
Provide clients with accurate information on medical plans and benefits
Ensure compliance with company and regulatory guidelines
Maintain client records and documentation
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in the
Medical Insurance Department
(preferably in a brokerage)
Strong communication and customer service skills
Familiarity with various medical insurance products and providers
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple client requests
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems (preferred)

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
