2. Review the new prospects and analyze their claims experience.
3. Requesting complete information from the client regarding the census, TOB and Loss ratio if applicable
4. Conducting thorough assessment of the client's insurance needs and providing customized recommendations, resulting in client satisfaction.
5. Maintaining the client's confidentiality's & meeting the client, if necessary, in product and policy presentations
6. Design and maintain a broking market sheet (GSIB comparison Template) separately for Medical & Life.
7. Creating a positive on-boarding experience for new clients
8. Welcoming the clients with the Escalation Matrix for easy understanding
Renewal Business (Medical & Life):
1. Coordinating, networking/liaising with insurance companies, TPA, sales Team
2. Catering to the medical insurance clients from getting the quotes to issuing the policies and following up the changes and renewals
3. Ensuring existing clients are intimated well in advance for renewals and providing solutions for client retention.
4. Manage filing and tracking of policies to enable easy access of information on Praktora.
5. Processing automated medical renewal reminders on the first week of every month by providing info to the clients & help them choose a plan (Policies assigned to me)
6. Prepare quote comparisons for various insurance companies using recognized portals/tools for the Policies assigned to me.
7. Comparing various health plan designs through specific module to identify the most appropriate plan for each client through detailed analysis of costs and table of benefits (TOB) for Basic / EBP Enhanced / SME's client's thereby enabling them to make informed decisions and support the sales staffs.
8. Ensuring all renewals are done on time and policy documents are sent to the client on time.
9. Ensuring all files (Active member list / Trade license / Vat Certificate) for KYC update are up to date.
10. Preparing Physical Cards and Invoices and sending them to the Clients on time.
11. Booking of new/renewed deals on Praktora once corrected invoices received.
12. Tracking of medical cards as per TAT provided by the insurance providers.
13. Checking of medical cards and scanning them before dispatching them to the client.
14. Arranging the dispatch team to collect the Cheque from the client at a specific time and providing the complete details for their easy reference.
15. Following up with insurance companies for the payment receipt and making sure the policy is activated on time.
Individual Business:
1. Handling individual Policies when specific clients and Sales team is requesting us to handle some difficult client and the client specifically asking for us.
