Policy Explanation & Sales:
Clearly explain health insurance products, benefits, coverage, terms, and conditions to guide clients to the best fit.
Sales Targets:
Meet or exceed personal and team sales goals for new policies and renewals.
Client Relationship Management:
Build strong relationships, provide excellent customer service, handle inquiries, and address concerns.
Administrative Tasks:
Prepare quotes, process applications, manage client records (CRM), and submit sales reports.
Market Knowledge:
Stay current on health insurance products, industry trends, and regulatory changes.
Skills & Qualification Required:
Experience:
Proven sales experience, ideally in insurance or healthcare.Freshers also welcome
Education:
A Bachelor's degree (Business, Marketing) is often preferred.
Skills:
Strong communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and organizational skills.
Knowledge:
Understanding of health insurance products, regulations, and CRM software.
