Job Title: Insurance Sales Representative

Salary: AED 3,500 - 4,000 + Attractive Commission Structure (based on sales performance)

Work Timings: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM or 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

Promote and sell health insurance products to individual customers. Handle inbound leads and provide accurate quotations. Follow up with prospects to negotiate and close deals. Ensure sales targets are achieved and revenue goals are met. Maintain strong product knowledge of UAE health insurance plans.
Requirements

Minimum 1-2 years of proven experience in selling medical insurance in the UAE. Strong skills in quotation preparation, follow-up, negotiation, and closing. Knowledge of UAE health insurance policies is mandatory. Candidates with valid UAE residency visa preferred for faster onboarding. Must be able to deliver revenue in line with targets. Immediate joiners preferred.
