Duties and Responsibilities:

• Coding Medical records supplies correct ICD-9-CM /ICD-10-CM diagnosis codes on all diagnoses provided supplies correct CPT code on all procedures and services performed processing claims daily while maintaining 95% accuracy and achieving productivity goals

• Sending Prior Authorization request to insurance company Daman after through verification.

• Receiving queries and approvals of insurance companies and responding for it.

• Coordinating and collecting the appropriate documentation from the provider as per insurance need.

• Follow up with insurance company Daman regarding approvals, queries, rejections, and payments. Contacting Daman whenever necessary according to management needs.

• Educating and interacting with physicians, allied health care professions in coding as per coding guidelines.

• Maintaining proper medical documentation as per HAAD and insurance norms.

• Maintaining accuracy and confidentiality of patient documentations

• Constantly and continuously update the insurance and HAAD information to all employees and doctors

• Constantly supervise documentation errors in home care files and giving feedback to respective department

• Attends seminars and in-services as required to remain current on coding issues

• Continuously evaluates the quality of clinical documentation to identify incomplete or inconsistent documents that will impact billing and payment from insurance company

• Giving clarifications and feedbacks to the management regarding payment.
• Must have relevant experience of 1 to 2 years in a Homecare set-up
• Must be proficient in English communication
• Must have the technical knowledge with DAMAN system and relevant DOH/JAWDA and agency audits.
• Must be in Al Ain
• Available to join and start immediately

SALARY PACKAGE: Will be discussed upon final interview along with details of other benefits. Preferable: With Homecare medical coder experience. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:

• Al-Ayn: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

• homecare: 2 years (Preferred)
