• We need Male Medical Coder License
• Must have their own visa.
• Should have 3 years experience in Abu Dhabi UAE
• Walk in interview starting Sunday july 2 to tuesday july 4, 2023
• Demonstrates knowledge on legal compliance.
• Exhibits understanding on medical insurance practice.
• Displays a good grasp on medical coding and auditing.
• Keeps the Medical Insurance Manager fully informed on the condition of his/her job assignments and on all the important factors influencing it.
• Assigns all correct and complete codes required, enter data on computer and deliver all work in a timely and accurate manner.
• Accurately searches and enters codes for medical diagnosis, using coding from the international classification of diseases and Clinical Modification, (ICD 9/10-CM) and current Procedural Terminology, (CPT), USCLS codes as well as other codes set required by the Health Authority.
• Answers pre-authorization rejections, performs service renewals and monitoring of patient approved health care services.
• Coordinates efficiently with the I.T. Department any changes or updates on the codes to be uploaded to the Information System.
• Maintains that the codes and data entered and reports generated are accurate and efficient.
• Continuously evaluate the quality of clinical documentation to identify incomplete or inconsistent document for persons served encounters that impact the code selection and payment; brings concerns to the attention of the Medical Insurance Manager and/or medical staff for resolution.
• Monitors denials, service ineligibility and service interruption.
• Maintains a deep knowledge of the markets and industry of the company.
• Displays confidence and a positive attitude in performing duties and responsibilities.
• Respects persons served rights and responsibilities.

Job Type: Full-time Salary: From AED3,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
