We are looking for a professional and organized receptionist to manage front-desk operations and support basic accounting tasks in our medical clinic.
Key Responsibilities
Greet patients, answer calls, and schedule appointments.
Manage patient registration and maintain accurate records.
Handle billing, invoicing, cash/card payments, and daily financial reconciliation.
Assist with insurance submissions and follow-up (if required).
Manage emails, WhatsApp inquiries, and administrative tasks.
Maintain a clean and professional reception area.
Requirements
Experience as a receptionist, preferably in a medical clinic.
Strong accounting skills and experience handling payments.
Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
Excellent communication skills; Arabic is a plus.
Organized, customer-focused, and able to multitask.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
