Accounting Skills:
Record day-to-day financial transactions and maintain accurate ledgers.
Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.
Prepare and process invoices, expense claims, and payment vouchers.
Reconcile bank statements, supplier statements, and petty cash accounts.
Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
Assist in the preparation of financial reports and management accounts.
Maintain proper filing and organization of accounting documents.
Liaise with internal departments and external vendors for financial queries.
Ensure compliance with company policies, financial regulations, and UAE VAT requirements.
Provide support during audits by preparing documentation and schedules.
