Medical Audit And Training Supervisor
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Review outpatient & inpatient files and ensure documentation accuracy
Cross-check diagnosis, investigations, procedures, and coding
Conduct random OP/IP audits & provide feedback
Coordinate with insurance/TPA teams during audits
Ensure documentation compliance with GCP & ensurance requirements
Train doctors, nurses, and allied health staff on documentation improvement
Provide training to coding, approval, and resubmission teams
Support management on audit findings and missed documentation
Requirements:
Graduate from an approved Medical College
Certified Coder CPMA (mandatory)
Prior hospital experience preferred
Excellent communication & Microsoft Office skills
Strong knowledge of insurance processes & revenue cycle management
