Job Role: Media Planning Manager / Senior Manager

Overview:
A global media agency is seeking our expertise in hiring an experienced and dynamic Media Planning Manager / Senior Manager with a hybrid skill set, capable of managing both traditional and digital media planning. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of TV and OOH planning, with a proven ability to engage with senior client executives confidently. This role requires excellent communication skills and bilingual fluency, with a preference for candidates with regional experience in GCC media.
Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute media strategies for both traditional and digital platforms.
• Oversee TV and OOH media planning, ensuring alignment with client goals and budget constraints.
• Collaborate with senior client executives to understand their media needs and provide strategic guidance.
• Monitor and optimize media campaigns to ensure maximum performance and return on investment.
• Present media plans and recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate media strategies with overall marketing objectives.
• Stay up to date with trends and innovations in both traditional and digital media.

Requirements:

• 4 to 5 years of experience with MNC Media agencies in the UAE in media planning, with a focus on both traditional and digital media.
• Strong knowledge of TV and OOH planning.
• Proven experience working with senior client executives, with excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Bilingual (English and Arabic preferred).
• Regional experience in GCC media is highly desirable.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Availability to start immediately.
