Role Summary
The Senior Media Planning Manager is responsible for shaping and delivering media-led growth initiatives for Precision Media. Working closely with sales, marketing, product, and data teams, the role leads integrated campaign planning, retail media events, and go-to-market strategies that enhance brand visibility, advertiser engagement, and commercial performance.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the strategic planning and execution of event-led and always-on media campaigns across omnichannel retail media products.
Develop media frameworks and go-to-market strategies aligned with Precision Media brand objectives, including ownership of the retail media events calendar.
Collaborate with data and insights teams to leverage first-party shopper data for advanced audience targeting, personalization, and campaign optimization.
Oversee creative and media asset production, ensuring messaging alignment with retailer brand initiatives and maximizing advertiser impact.
Build and execute the overall marketing strategy for Precision Media, including brand positioning, communications, and partner marketing initiatives.
Manage the development of marketing collateral, case studies, thought leadership content, and event activations to showcase the network's value proposition.
Work closely with brand advertisers, agencies, and internal commercial teams to co-create impactful, results-driven campaigns.
Act as a senior point of contact for key accounts, ensuring high standards of campaign delivery, reporting, and client satisfaction.
Drive visibility and awareness of the Precision Media proposition through industry platforms, events, LinkedIn, and other strategic distribution channels.
Candidate Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Communications, or a related field.
Minimum 8 years of experience in media, marketing, or retail media, ideally within FMCG, e-commerce, or digital advertising environments.
Proven expertise in omnichannel media planning, integrated campaign execution, and retail media ecosystems.
Strong understanding of media performance metrics and proficiency with marketing and analytics tools.
Excellent stakeholder management, presentation, and communication skills, with the ability to influence senior internal and external partners.
