Media Agency Group is seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Media Data Analyst to join our growing team in Dubai, UAE. This position supports the planning and account teams by delivering clear, data-driven insights across media campaigns -- including digital, programmatic, TV, and out-of-home (OOH).
You will play a vital role in evaluating campaign effectiveness, identifying performance patterns, and helping drive measurement, attribution, and optimisation strategies that support both client retention and growth. Working closely with teams in the UK, US, and Asia, you will provide consistent, global-level insights while adapting to regional campaign needs.
Key Responsibilities
? Analyse campaign performance across digital, programmatic, social, TV, and OOH channels to identify trends and optimisation opportunities.
? Develop measurement frameworks and support post-campaign reporting for brand and performance campaigns.
? Interpret data from first-party and third-party platforms (e.g. Google Ads, Meta, DSPs, Nielsen, route data, OOH tracking tools).
? Build and maintain client-facing reports and dashboards focused on KPIs such as reach, frequency, ROAS, GRPs, engagement, and conversion.
? Collaborate with planning teams to support media mix modelling, channel attribution, and investment recommendations.
? Assist in the analysis and evaluation of TV ratings, OOH exposure/impression data, and audience delivery to guide future media buys.
? Present analytical insights internally and occasionally to clients, with clear visualisation and strategic narratives.
? Support campaign benchmarking and cross-market reporting to inform long-term client strategies.
Skills & Experience
? 2-4 years of experience in media analytics, performance marketing, or media measurement
? Strong knowledge of media metrics across TV, OOH, digital, and programmatic channels
? Familiarity with tools and data sources such as Nielsen, Route, YouGov, Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Tableau, or Power BI
? Understanding of campaign measurement, attribution modelling, and media optimisation techniques
? Proficiency in Excel and strong numerical fluency
? Excellent communication skills and ability to convey complex data in a client-friendly format
? Global experience or cross-market reporting exposure is an advantage
