Global offices United States Canada United Kingdom United Arab of Emirates India Brief : We seek an experienced SQL Developer / Data Analyst with a strong background in the banking industry. The ideal candidate will develop, analyze, and maintain data solutions supporting key business reporting, analytics, and regulatory requirements. You will work closely with stakeholders to ensure accurate, timely, actionable data insights aligning with business needs. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain complex SQL queries, views, and stored procedures to support reporting and data analysis. Collaborate with business analysts and data teams to understand and translate business requirements into technical solutions. Design and maintain robust data models and relational database structures. Perform in-depth data analysis to identify trends, patterns, anomalies, and data quality issues. Support data validation and reconciliation efforts for business and regulatory reporting. Optimize SQL queries and database performance to ensure efficient data processing. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including business, compliance, and IT, to support ongoing data needs. Document data processes, models, and reporting logic for audit and knowledge sharing purposes. Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across systems and reports. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in data analysis, reporting, and SQL development. Strong proficiency in SQL and relational database concepts. Experience working with banking or financial services data, especially customer, account, transactions, and compliance reporting. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
