Monitor performance, analyze KPIs, and optimize to hit ROAS targets
Coordinate with the creative team to develop compelling ad content
Handle media budgets and reporting for client and internal campaigns
Stay up-to-date with trends and platform policy changes
Requirements:
2+ years of hands-on experience in paid media buying
Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, Snapchat, and Google Ads
Data-driven mindset with experience using analytics tools
Experience in managing e-commerce or service-based ad campaigns is a plus
