Al Rasikhoon Real Estate is looking for a highly motivated and results-oriented Media Buyer / Performance Marketer to lead and manage our digital advertising campaigns. This is a key position focused on generating high-quality leads across platforms such as Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google, TikTok, and Snapchat.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in real estate performance marketing, deep analytical skills, and a passion for optimizing ad spend to maximize return on investment.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, execute, and optimize performance-based campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and Snapchat Ads.

Develop and implement strategies focused on real estate lead generation and conversion.

Collaborate with the creative and content teams to develop high-performing ad creatives and landing pages.

Conduct A/B testing across ad formats, messaging, audience segments, and channels.

Monitor campaign performance and provide regular reports with actionable insights.

Optimize budgets and bids to achieve maximum ROI while maintaining lead quality.

Stay up to date with the latest platform updates, trends, and best practices in performance marketing.

Work closely with internal teams to align marketing goals with business objectives.

Qualifications:

2-4 years of hands-on experience in digital advertising and media buying.

Proficiency in Meta, Google, TikTok, and Snapchat ad platforms is a must.

Strong background in lead generation, preferably within the real estate sector.

Solid understanding of performance tracking tools such as Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), or AppsFlyer.

Familiarity with creative tools like Canva, Adobe Illustrator, or Photoshop is an advantage.

Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and time management skills.

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

Fluency in Arabic is required.
