Al Rasikhoon Real Estate is seeking a results-driven Media Buyer / Performance Marketer to manage, optimize, and scale our paid advertising campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google, TikTok, and Snapchat. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in real estate lead generation, excellent analytical skills, and a strong understanding of campaign strategies and creative performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, launch, monitor, and optimize paid ad campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, and Snapchat. Develop performance marketing strategies tailored to real estate lead generation and conversion. Create hypotheses and A/B test different ad creatives, landing pages, and audiences. Collaborate with the content and design team to align visuals and messaging with campaign objectives. Analyze campaign data to provide weekly performance reports and actionable insights. Monitor ad spend efficiency and ensure campaigns meet lead quality and ROI goals. Stay updated on platform trends, algorithm changes, and industry best practices. Maintain strong communication with internal teams and contribute ideas for continual campaign improvement.

Requirements:

2-4 years of proven experience in digital advertising and media buying. Proficiency in Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and Snapchat Ads is essential. Prior experience in lead generation campaigns, especially in real estate, is highly preferred. Strong understanding of tracking and analytics tools (GA4, GTM, AppsFlyer, etc.). Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Illustrator, or Photoshop is a plus. Strong analytical, time management, and reporting skills. Creative mindset and the ability to think strategically. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
