Plan, launch, and manage advertising campaigns on Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, etc.) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
Conduct in-depth keyword and audience research, build effective targeting strategies
Set up conversion tracking, retargeting, and event-based campaigns
Create, test, and optimize ad creatives in collaboration with designers and copywriters
Monitor campaign performance, optimize for ROI/ROAS, and manage budgets efficiently
Run A/B tests and implement data-driven improvements
Generate regular performance reports and communicate insights clearly
Requirements:
1-3 years of experience managing both Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns
Strong understanding of audience segmentation, funnel building, and platform algorithms
Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and conversion tracking
Experience with remarketing, lookalike audiences, and lead generation campaigns
Analytical mindset and ability to work independently
(Bonus) Familiarity with Google Tag Manager, Data Studio, or creative tools (Canva, Photoshop, etc.)
