We are seeking an experienced

Mechanical Technical Manager

with a minimum of

15 years of experience in the UAE

to join our team and lead the technical aspects of our major projects.

If you have extensive experience in managing, designing, and executing integrated mechanical systems (HVAC, plumbing, fire fighting, etc.), and the ability to guide technical teams while ensuring the highest quality standards, this opportunity is for you.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (Master's degree preferred). Minimum of

15 years of hands-on mechanical engineering experience in the UAE

. In-depth knowledge and experience in HVAC, drainage, water supply, and fire protection systems. Strong understanding of local and international codes and standards (e.g., ASHRAE, NFPA, DM, DEWA). Proficient in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and MS Project. Proven ability to lead teams, manage resources, and ensure adherence to specifications and timelines. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with sound decision-making ability. Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all technical aspects of mechanical projects and ensure high-quality execution. Manage and direct engineering teams and subcontractors to meet project technical goals. Review and approve mechanical designs, drawings, and technical specifications. Coordinate with other engineering disciplines (electrical, civil, architectural). Monitor technical budgets and ensure operational efficiency. Provide accurate and comprehensive reports to management on project progress and potential risks.
