Regional Technical Manager

Job Description
is working with a leading company who are hiring a Regional Technical Manager to be based in Dubai.

The main responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Oversee engineering functions and projects.
- Support in preparing investment proposals and cost estimations.
- Monitor progress, manage risks, and drive continuous improvement.
- Lead and develop the project team providing guidance and professional development opportunities.
- Oversee contract management with consultants and contractors in line with organisational requirements.
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Civil Engineering or related fields. A Master's Degree is a plus.
- Minimum 7 years of engineering project management experience.
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
