DESCRIPTION
Job Summary
1. Perform mechanical maintenance on rotating equipment and machinery monitoring equipment installation, levelling/alignment, oil flushing, pre-commissioning, commissioning, condition monitoring and troubleshooting.
2. Perform all risk assessment, issue permit to work, participate in rotating equipment troubleshooting, provide the repair recommendations and record the actions while ensuring that all site repairs are captured and documents.
3. Participate with IMI (integrated Machinery Inspection) and other departments in rotating equipment or relief/process valve failure investigations and MOC requirements to ensure mechanical integrity.
- Hands-on experience - Ebullating pumps removal, overhaul & installation is a must

Knowledge Skills & Experience
- Minimum Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum 10 Years relevant experience in refinery or oil and gas
- Hands-on experience - Ebullating pumps removal, overhaul & installation is a must
- Detailed practical knowledge & experience of rotating machinery installation, activities final witness, punch point preparation with the ability to witness alignments, lube oil flushing, MRT, SAT, Pre-commissioning and commissioning activities.
- Expertise in Mechanical equipment repair and testing like coolers, valves, relief & process valves and expertise in rotating equipment overhauling like pumps, compressors, steam turbines, gas turbines, fear boxes, mechanical and dry gas seals, clutches, fin fans, loading arms and conveyers
