Sponsor the development and implementation of the Mechanical Equipment Group policies, procedures and plans to achieve the company’s safety, reliability and production goals.Qualifications: A Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering. Training: Knowledge and experience with maintaining mechanical equipment systems in petrochemical plants (or manufacturing plants). Experience with maintenance planning and scheduling processes, and plant safe work practices associated with maintenance on mechanical equipment systems. Skills: Must have excellent verbal and written communications skills in English and Arabic. Proficient in MS-Office and maintenance planning processes with excellent planning skills. Good interpersonal and mentoring skills; good organisation, supervisory and management skills; good multi-tasking skills; exposure to financial budgeting for Maintenance groups or services. Experience: Must have a minimum of 8+ years of experience in a position supporting or providing maintenance services to petrochemical or manufacturing plant mechanical equipment systems and infrastructure. Knowledge of basic mechanical integrity practices for mechanical equipment systems. A minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience.
